Cassie Horton is a veteran teacher who has recently become a Technology Integration Specialist in the Wappingers Central School District.  She has focused much of her career on motivating at-risk students in an intervention setting and began creating a blended learning environment as a way to reach her struggling learners.  Cassie is a National Board Certified Teacher, Google Certified Educator and has a Masters of Science degree in Educational Technology. She is a regular presenter at the NYSCATE conferences and conducts professional development for the Mid-Hudson Teacher Center.
