Carlos Ramirez former Coordinator of Technology Policy (NYSED), advocate for instructional technology planning and funding in NYS has led and supported state policies and funding such as: Part 100.12 Instructional Technology Planning requirement, Federal E-Rate, and NYSTVP (aka Microsoft Settlement). He provides expert advice to districts in preparation of Smart Schools Investment Plans to obtain Smart Schools Bond Act funding.
