A CoSN Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) and Google Certified Educator, David has been the Director of Technology for the Bedford Central School District for over 15 years. As the Director of Technology, David is responsible for the integration of technology into classroom instruction; daily technology operations and data services; and plans employee Professional Development to support the use of technology both instructionally and administratively.  David also serves as the District's CIO and Data Protection Officer (DPO). David has presented multiple times at NYSCATE, served on the NYSED Data Privacy Advisory Council and been a member of multiple CoSN Peer Review teams, visiting schools to provide technology operation recommendations. David is a member of NYSCATE, CoSN and ISTE.
