School Leaders must be instructional leaders first and foremost. While we have many responsibilities, teaching and learning are the central missions of our systems and we have to be or become experts in this critical area. No longer can we leave our mark on our school communities through capital projects and successful budgets alone. We have impacted student achievement in our district through our leadership actions-come and learn how to create a culture that supports student learning gains through the use of 21st century assessment and learning technology.
