This session will focus on identifying the difference between technical and adaptive leadership challenges and offer suggestions for successful outcomes. Examples from a cohort of individuals working towards CETL certification and a technology leader cohort will be shared. The goal of this session is to have participants leave with a way to categorize the challenges they face and, using this knowledge, have a few new strategies to apply.Administrative,Technology Integration Coordinator, Board of Education
